During this project it was planned to completely update both the geographic and the alphanumeric databases of the Land Registry in the municipality of Ingenio (Gran Canaria), identifying all the physical and legal characteristics of the cadastre areas. The project was awarded by the Regional Office of Land Registry, which depends on the Regional Office of Economy and Finance in the Canaries.  

 This project seeks to promote the legal security of land tenure and thus to facilitate access to credit and land investment. That is why it is necessary an inventory of the physical and legal elements of the real state located in rural areas in the Province of Darién, Panama.
