Kosmo is Geographic Information System (GIS) arisen from observing that none of the existing Free and Open Source Softwares (FOSS) cover in their totality the necessities of a common GIS user. It has been developed by SAIG S.L. (Sistemas Abiertos de Información Geográfica). The company was born with the main objective of promoting the use of FOSS Geographic Information System.
