Stereocarto participates as a collaborative member in the master entitle “Master in Cartographic Geotecnologies in Engineering and Architecture” which is organized by Universidad de Salamanca together with the Escuela Politécnica Superior de Ávila.

This master aims to the students can obtain their own conclusions about the possibilities of the new technologies in Geomatic Enginneering.

The master is consisting in 4 modules, one of which is intended to supply the same background to all students. Besides, each main module will be oriented to the basic parts of a project in Geomatic Engineering or Architecture:

Data acquisition.
Data processing.
Application of this data to a specific field in engineering or architecture.

This is an annual post-graduate master offering 60 ECTS. Classes will begin on 22th, September 2008.

Stereocarto participates as an active member contributing with its experience in the sector of geospatial data acquisition sensors. Specifically, Stereocarto will participate with lectures members in the conference series of LiDAR systems and digital cameras, will carry out a few practical sessions about data processing at our headquarter and will coordinate some student final projects.
